Fairway Park

The former Edible Oil Refinery site in Marsa is undergoing a significant transformation into a modern mixed-use commercial hub. Spanning approximately 43,500 square meters of footprint, the development will feature office space, showrooms and warehousing facilities.

Strategically located opposite the Marsa golf course, the project is designed to revitalize the area by introducing four distinct buildings interconnected by an internal road network with three vehicular access points. The development plan includes landscaped open spaces covering 33% of the site, enhancing the aesthetic and environmental quality of the area. The design approach for this development is that of to creating a positive visual impact on the surroundings; a redevelopment which aims to breathe new life into a previously delipidated industrial area, contributing to Marsa’s ongoing urban regeneration efforts.
